Assertiveness is the ability for a person to express himself or herself clearly. A person who is assertive can easily make requests, express personal opinions and cope with criticism effectively.

This workshop will provide you with the understanding of what assertiveness is and will make you more effective and increase your confidence and sense of achievement. This course can make a significant difference to individuals who have difficulty asserting themselves both in business and in personal life.

The Assertiveness Skills Program is for personnel in any organization whether it is small, medium or large, private or government departments, local, state or federal governments. The participant is able to acquire the relevant knowledge, skills and attitude in order to apply the strategies and techniques in the workplace.

Who are the coaches

Our coaches are qualified adult trainers, workplace assessors and are highly qualified and experienced clinical hypnotherapists, psychotherapists and transpersonal counselors. With over 28 years of experience in business management, clinical practice and metaphysics, the lecturers are able to guide and direct the participants to the desired outcome.

Workshop Overview

The aim of the program is to increase general performance using a range of strategies, techniques and procedures. The Assertiveness Skills Program is a full one day intensive workshop including guidelines, lecture notes, learning activities and a powerful CD for each participant to use at home for relaxation.
